There is plenty of street parking! We recommend parking on Park Drive or Green Bay Road in a 90-minute spot to avoid being ticketed. For more detailed information click on these Directions-to-Inspire’s-Kenilworth-Office.

Entrance

When you arrive, you can enter the main door. There is also a private entrance in the back alley. If you wish to enter in the back door, please contact the office for specific instructions, to ensure someone will be able to open the door for you.

🌸 Spring Tryouts Are Here — Let’s Talk Mental Strength 🌸 Tryouts can bring excitement… and a LOT of pressure. As a former collegiate athlete and now a therapist, working with students at ETHS (Evanston Township High School )and Inspire, Taylor Gardner has seen how powerful mindset can be during this season. Here are 3 tips to stay mentally strong during spring tryouts: 1️⃣ Take a deep breath. It sounds simple, but it matters. When we slow down and take a full breath in, we give our brain the oxygen it needs to think clearly and stay grounded. Before drills, before your name is called — pause and breathe. 2️⃣ Enjoy the process. It’s so easy to fixate on the outcome — Will I make it? What if I don’t? Shift your focus to the effort you’re putting in. The growth. The reps. The small improvements. That’s where confidence is built. 3️⃣ Focus on what’s in your control. I always say: control the controllables. You can’t control every outcome, but you can control your attitude, your effort, and how you show up. No matter what happens at tryouts, your worth is not defined by a roster. 💛 You’ve got this.
