We’re so excited to welcome Addie to the Inspire team! 💛

Addie works with adolescents, college students, young adults, adults, seniors, and couples, and brings a thoughtful, grounded approach to therapy that blends evidence-based care with genuine human connection.

She has extensive experience supporting clients with:
🌿 OCD & specific anxiety disorders
🌿 Phobias & perfectionism
🌿 ADHD & executive functioning
🌿 Chronic illness & life transitions
🌿 Grief & loss, mood disorders, and behavioral concerns

Addie’s passion for therapy is deeply personal. Having navigated anxiety, depression, and chronic illness herself, she understands how isolating it can feel to struggle internally while still trying to “function.” Her lived experience shapes how she shows up—with compassion, humility, and real understanding.

Her sessions are thoughtful but relaxed, structured without rigidity, and always centered on meeting you where you are. Addie incorporates CBT, DBT, ACT, and ERP for OCD and anxiety, while focusing just as much on practical tools and feeling truly seen.
