Through the Client Portal you can:
- Request a First Appointment. (Note: If your appointment is confirmed, you will be notified by our friendly Intake Team. They will also collect any necessary information to create your profile. If you need help choosing a therapist, the Intake Team is happy to help!. You can see the therapist’s profiles here.)
- Request to schedule or reschedule an existing appointment
- Sign Consent Form & Paperwork (Release of Information, Parent Questionnaire, etc.)
- Update your Credit Card or pay your balance
- Update your Health Insurance information
PLEASE NOTE: To cancel an appointment, you must notify your therapist directly. All cancellations or rescheduling must be requested with at least 24 hours notice, otherwise are subject to a full fee charge (counseling $185, psychiatry $245), which will be charged to the card on file. Insurance companies do not pay charges for missed appointments.
Your appointment request is NOT CONFIRMED until you receive a confirmation email.
