Safe & affordable support
You should feel safe & comfortable when getting support. We are doing our best to create a safe, healthy environment by following the CDC Guidelines if you would like to come into the office. If you’re more comfortable meeting virtually, we can do that too!
Either way, your physical health and mental health are our top priority.
Even if you’re not ‘tech savvy’ — that’s okay. We have a plan. We are here for you. We are able to support you remotely and still see you, “face to face,” during this crisis.
We are In-Network with BlueCross Blue Shield, UnitedBehaviorHealthCare, Aetna, and Humana insurances. We are able to bill other insurances as well for out-of-network policies.
When you’re ready, call our super-friendly Intake Director Jackie at (847) 919-9096 ext 1. She will help you choose the right therapist, verify your insurance coverage and send you our “New Client Packet” with instructions on how to set up your session.
Before your appointment, you will receive a reminder via text and email. In order to get the most out of your session, we recommend getting your space ready so you’re safe, confidential, and comfortable.
Tips on creating a positive experience virtually:
- Make sure you have a comfortable spot, put a blanket on your lap, make a cup of tea & cozy up
- Find a spot where others can’t hear you
- Sit in your car
- Go for a walk outside
- Set up a white noise machine by the door
- Ask others at home to give you respect your space and give you privacy during your session
