Here’s how it all works:

- Jackie (our super-friendly office manager!) will discuss any questions you have, find out about your needs, your ideal scheduling and verify your insurance (note: we are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, but can submit on your behalf for other insurance providers as an “Out of Network” provider, for your convenience)
- Next, you will be emailed a “New Client Packet” with further details about the counseling process, payments, insurance, confidentiality, etc. and a map to our office.
- Before your appointment, you will receive an appointment reminder via email and text.

A note about insurance:
We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Choice of Illinois. We are out of network for all other providers. If you have a different insurance provider, we are able to submit claims to your provider on your behalf. If we are “out of network” for your provider, payment is required at time of service, but your provider will reimburse you, depending on your specific coverage. Many of our clients chose to pay privately, and do not submit to insurance, which you always have the option to do as well. If you have a question about your insurance, coverage, deductibles, copays, etc., don’t worry! We can verify everything with just your Member ID and date of birth.
Even though we can verify insurance information for you, you can also contact your respective insurance company to see what type of coverage they provide.
