Counseling is a fee for service program. Inspire accepts all major forms of payment.
If you’d like to use Health Insurance:
Inspire is “in network” with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), United Behavior Healthcare (UBHC), Humana and Aetna (coming soon!).
For in-network insurances, we must have your insurance information and a valid credit card on file before your first appointment. As a courtesy, we will verify your insurance coverage prior to your appointment and let you know what the insurance provider quoted as the contracted rates (i.e., if you have a co-payment or deductible to be met).
Therapy is a commitment of time, energy and financial resources. If you have health insurance, it is important for you to verify your mental health benefits so you understand your coverage prior to your appointment. Some insurance companies require a pre-certification before the first appointment or they will not cover the cost of services
It is important to note: there are times when insurance representatives misquotes benefits. If your insurance does not pay for services, you are responsible for the full contracted rate. You, not your insurance company, are responsible for the payment of services. You may call your insurance company to check your benefits as well by calling the number on the back of their insurance card.
We also can submit to “out of network” for other insurances.
Valid Credit Card must be on file at all times
In order to receive services, a valid credit card is required to be on file. Payment is required at the time of service. If you are responsible for a co-payment, or out of network payment, that is required at the time of service. If you wish to pay by cash or check, you must make your payment before your session begins. We will not charge the card on file as long as we have another form of payment at the time of service. However, a valid credit card is still required in order to ensure an appointment. We are happy to provide a receipt after payment is received. However, we do not send bills after services for payment.
For minors:
One parent must be responsible for all payments or copayments. Which ever parent/guardian coordinates the minor’s services must provide the credit card to keep on file before the first appointment. We will not reach out to another parent, on your behalf, to receive payment. It is up to each of the parents/guardians to follow whatever court agreement they have in terms of reimbursement and medical costs if there is any dispute.
