Hi there! If you’ve landed on this page, you might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that don’t serve you, or simply wishing things could feel easier or more connected. Maybe you're navigating stress, anxiety, or self-doubt. Or perhaps you're looking for support for your child or teen and aren't sure where to start. No matter what brings you here, I want you to know this: you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

I grew up in Westchester County, NY, and recently relocated to the Chicago area. I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Michigan and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychological and Brain Sciences from The George Washington University—two academically rigorous and competitive schools. Because of this, I understand firsthand the intense pressure, expectations, and anxiety that can come with high-achieving environments. Whether you’re a college or graduate student, a driven young professional, or the parent of a high-performing teen, I bring both personal experience and professional insight to help you navigate the mental and emotional toll of perfectionism, burnout, and performance anxiety.

Life can be complicated, unpredictable, and sometimes just really hard. I know what it’s like to feel uncertain about the future or unsure about what steps to take next. That’s why I approach therapy with empathy, openness, and zero judgment. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported—whether you’re working through something specific or just trying to make sense of life right now.

As a social worker and therapist, I bring warmth, energy, and a sense of humor into the room. I believe in the power of small steps to create big change and in the strength that comes from simply showing up for yourself. Together, we’ll explore new perspectives, build on your existing strengths, and move toward healthier patterns that support a more fulfilling and balanced life.

Before joining Inspire Counseling Center, I worked with adults at a nonprofit mental health center and spent over three years as a Crisis Text Line Counselor, supporting people in their most vulnerable moments. I’ve always been drawn to hearing people’s stories—whether through tutoring ESL, volunteering in nursing homes, or supporting community events—and that passion continues to guide my work today.

On a personal note, my own experience seeking therapy while navigating an unresolved health issue helped me better understand just how powerful this process can be—not just as a clinician, but as a client, too. It deepened my commitment to showing up fully for others, especially when life feels uncertain or overwhelming.

If you're ready to take the next step, or even if you're just thinking about it, I’m here when you're ready.

Kids (3-10)

Children at this age are growing quickly–emotionally, socially, and academically–and sometimes face challenges that make this process feel overwhelming. Whether your child is struggling with managing their feelings, navigating social situations, or achieving learning goals, I am here to provide compassionate support tailored to their unique needs. I use play, creativity, and patience to help children express themselves and develop the skills they need to build confidence. I have experience working with children with developmental delays, behavioral concerns, and those on the spectrum. I appreciate how important it is to meet each child where they are and celebrate their individual strengths and milestones.

My goal is to create a trusting environment where your child feels valued, understood, and empowered to grow at their own pace.

Adolescents (10-18)

I was a teenager myself not too long ago, so I really understand how confusing and intense this time of life can be, as there are so many ups and downs!

Balancing school, friendships, family expectations, and extracurriculars–all while figuring out who you are– is a lot to handle. You might feel pressure to have everything together and figured out, but things feel out of control. I am here to provide a supportive, judgment-free space where you can express yourself openly and feel truly heard. In our work together, we will explore what matters most to you, and I believe in meeting you where you are, while helping you discover tools that actually work for you.

Families

As the eldest daughter and someone whose parents divorced while I was in college, I have often felt the responsibility of holding things together, and navigating the new pressures that arise with big family changes.

My personal experience has shaped my understanding of how layered and complex our family roles can be. I bring this insight into my work, whether you’re seeking support navigating family relationships, dealing with conflict, adapting to life transitions, or simply seeking to improve connection and communication.

I work with both families as a unit and with individual family members to help unpack unhelpful patterns, explore dynamics, strengthen communication, and build healthier, more supportive bonds. I bring a compassionate and patient approach, dedicated to listening and working with your family to create an inclusive space in which everyone feels heard and valued.

College Students

Having recently completed both my undergraduate and graduate programs, I truly understand the unique challenges that college students face today.

While many say college is the best time of your life, it can also be a time of great stress and uncertainty–and I want to empower students not only to cope and survive, but to genuinely thrive as they navigate this pivotal stage of life. From managing academic pressures and deadlines to navigating newfound independence and complex social dynamics, I know how overwhelming these new transitions and dynamics can feel.

My approach is grounded in empathy and collaboration, creating a supportive space where students can explore their personal and professional goals. Together, we work on learning effective stress management, building healthy coping skills, and prioritizing self-care.

Young Adults

As a young adult myself, I have firsthand experience with the excitement and uncertainty that come with this stage of life. From navigating post-grad life and starting a career, to managing relationships and figuring out who you are, these years bring both opportunities and challenges. I am passionate about empowering young adults–helping them build confidence, set meaningful goals, and explore new paths and possibilities, while growing into their fullest potential. Together, in a collaborative and compassionate space, we can focus on what matters most to you and support your success during this transformative time.

Adults

Adults I have worked with have often described feeling disconnected from themselves, held back by long-standing, unhealthy patterns and ways of thinking. I get how frustrating and exhausting it is being stuck in these cycles–whether it’s battling self-doubt, struggling with people-pleasing, or trying to break free from behaviors and patterns that no longer serve you. These challenges often negatively affect both work and personal relationships, making it difficult to find balance, confidence, and fulfillment. We will work together to reconnect with your authentic self, develop healthier patterns, and build a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are.

For Fun…

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, traveling, exploring new neighborhoods, discovering new restaurants and cafes, and taking long walks–of course with a good podcast or playlist!
