Hi! I am a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) committed to creating a warm, safe non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts and feelings. My approach is founded on compassion, collaboration, and authenticity. I value and honor the therapeutic alliance because it is in this relationship where growth, resilience, and meaningful change occurs. I believe my responsibility as your therapist is to provide you with the tools for your personal growth and fulfillment.

Through empathy and humor, I seek to engage my clients in identifying their strengths, exploring healthy coping skills, challenging the narratives that no longer serve them, so that they can improve their relationship with themselves and others. Therapeutic interventions are unique to each person; I draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and expressive arts techniques.

In addition to being a licensed clinical therapist, I am also a licensed school counselor. I’ve worked in both public and private school settings, as well as in partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient settings.

For Fun…

Outside of the therapy room you can find me at home with my husband and our lovable, spoiled dog Boomer. I love to travel, dream of going everywhere, reading, and am working on becoming a confident open water swimmer!
