Hi! I’m Jenna. Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, so I’m glad you’re here. I grew up in Long Grove, Illinois, earned my Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater, and completed my Masters of Social Work at Baylor University in Texas.
My passion for counseling stems from both my professional background and personal experience. I started therapy at a younger age, which taught me the importance of having someone who listens without judgment, offers support, and helps navigate life’s difficulties. This inspired me to become a therapist who provides a safe, supportive space for others.
Before joining Inspire, I supported children, teens, adults, and families dealing with grief and major life changes through a nonprofit organization. This reinforced my dedication to helping clients through tough times and reminded me that healing varies for everyone.
My therapy approach is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based. I believe in meaningful change, even when life feels overwhelming. Whether you’re anxious, grieving, facing a transition, or feeling stuck, I aim to help you feel understood, develop practical tools, boost confidence, and foster lasting growth.
For Fun…
