Adolescents & Young Adults
Paige understands the power of counseling for adolescents–both personally and professionally. In fact, her inspiration for becoming a therapist began in her own personal challenges as a teen.
In her adolescent years, Paige found herself confused by her father’s anxiety and depression. This confusion created a curiosity to not only understand the struggles her father was facing but how she could one day help others fighting the same battles.
Due to her history as a confused adolescent, Paige understands how mental health impacts everyone in the family. This has created a passion that continues to inspire her to help other adolescents and adults.
For fun…
In her personal life, Paige understands the importance of self-care. She practices meditation, yoga, and journaling.
For fun, she loves taking her dog Jupiter to the dog park. Paige also loves to travel, preferably to an ocean front destination!
