We are beginning to open our doors for in-person visits. While we are doing our best to create a safe, healthy environment by following the CDC Guidelines, we understand you may not be ready to meet in person for a variety of reasons. Your health and safety is our top priority.
The good news is that we are able to continue offering telemental health services. Even if you’re not ‘tech savvy’ — that’s okay. We have a plan. We are here for you. We are able to support your remotely and still see you, “face to face,” during this crisis.
We are In-Network with BlueCross Blue Shield, UnitedBehaviorHealthCare and Humana insurances. We are able to bill other insurances as well for out of network policies.
When you’re ready, call our super-friendly Office Manager Jackie at (847) 919-9096 ext 1. She will help you choose the right therapist, verify your insurance coverage and send you our “New Client Packet” with instructions on how-to set up your video session.
Before your appointment, you will receive a reminder via text and email. In order to get the most out of your session, we recommend getting your space ready so you’re safe, confidential and comfortable.
Tips on creating a safe & comfy place at home:
- Find a spot where others can’t hear you. That can be tough during this quarantine, so other options include:
- Sit in your car
- Go for a walk outside
- Set up a white noise machine by the door
- Ask others at home to give you respect your space and give you privacy during your session
