Good news! You still can get the support you need with telemental health. Even if you’re not ‘tech savvy’ — that’s okay. We have a plan. We are here for you. We are able to support your remotely and still see you, “face to face,” during this crisis.
We are In-Network with BlueCross Blue Shield, UnitedBehaviorHealthCare and Humana insurances. We are able to bill other insurances as well for out of network policies.
When you’re ready, call our super-friendly Office Manager Jackie at (847) 919-9096 ext 1. She will help you choose the right therapist, verify your insurance coverage and send you our “New Client Packet” with instructions on how-to set up your video session.
Before your appointment, you will receive a reminder via text and email. In order to get the most out of your session, we recommend getting your space ready so you’re safe, confidential and comfortable.
Tips on creating a safe & comfy place at home:
- Find a spot where others can’t hear you. That can be tough during this quarantine, so other options include:
- Sit in your car
- Go for a walk outside
- Set up a white noise machine by the door
- Ask others at home to give you respect your space and give you privacy during your session
