Crisis experience for Children, Adolescents, Adults, Families

Lauren brings leadership experience from a leading inpatient & outpatient addiction center for young adults & men.

Lauren also brings extensive crisis experience from her time at the Lake County Health Department, leading groups, helping families and children.

While her experience is extensive and serious, Lauren has a lighthearted sense of humor and playfulness. She has a passion for corporate and career development, work performance and organizational success at work.

High School & College teamwork & athletics

In college, Trinity Christian College, Lauren was a 2-sport athlete for Women’s Volleyball and Track & Field. Lauren learned to harness the power of listening to good coaching, working hard and the rewards of pushing yourself further than you think possible.

Most of all, Lauren loves teamwork. She knows the power therapy can help to succeed in sports, academics, work and in relationships.

For Fun…

For fun, Lauren loves all things food — from food trucks to The Food Network — she and her partner love to try new things (like grill cheese bars) and enjoy time with friends.
