Kelly moved here from New York with her husband to be part of the Inspire family. She knows firsthand the demands of success, graduating top of her class in both grad school at New York University (NYU) and undergrad at Cornell University. It was in college, where she found the power of therapy and fell in love with the idea of supporting others to help them live their best lives.
Kelly brings real-world experience from her corporate experience in Non-Profit, before going back to school for counseling. She loves learning and dedicating herself to becoming better professionally and personally
High School & College Students
Kelly is especially passionate about working with High School and College-age students who are learning to navigate success and independence. Although ultimately successful in her studies and proud of her path, Kelly experienced academic pressure, shifting relationships, and the search for structure and identity during her own college transition.
These firsthand experiences, combined with her prior clinical work with college students at Fordham University, have led Kelly to be particularly well-adapted to working with clients facing similar challenges.
While Kelly is incredibly talented, she is warm, down-to-earth, flexible and kind. She loves building relationships and seeing clients overcome challenges and learn to thrive. Kelly provides a caring and supportive environment in which she and her clients can work together to process emotions and identify the strengths and resources her clients have within themselves.
Certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Kelly is certified in CBT for Anxiety and Depression, Positive Psychology, DBT, and Trauma-Focused CBT. She is equipped with plenty of life skills, tools and knowledge to help you thrive –but most of all she has a huge heart and is so easy to talk to.
For fun, Kelly loves to spend time with her husband and friends, exploring Chicago! A former high school rower and swimmer, Kelly feels most at-home outside and near the water. On chilly days, you can find her reading a new book while curled up with her cat, Lilo!
