Hope, Empowerment and Strength-Based approach
You will feel heard and safe to find your voice with Jenny. She believes in the power of listening to life experiences and collaborating with clients to restore their voice, well-being, and hope. Clients are encouraged to unapologetically explore their unique identity, needs, goals, and strengths, learn effective coping strategies, and navigate ways to strengthen their self-efficacy/autonomy and resilience.
Faith Based
As a Wheaton alumni, Jenny has a strong blend of clinical training in the Faith Based model and offers faith-based counseling. She’s able to incorporate Christian faith into the counseling process, discussing the power of God, scripture and wisdom from her own faith journey. She’s also served in Moody Bible’s counseling program as well.
Please Note: Faith-Based services are only offered upon request. If Jenny is not specifically asked to include faith-based services, she will only utilize clinical skills and tools during her sessions. For clients who prefer not to use faith being services, you do not need to do anything, as she will not discuss faith unless requested.
For Fun…
When Jenny is not working, she loves spending time outdoors with her two dogs and taking on “food adventures” with friends and family.
