Trauma

Are you looking to process, let go of, and live with the small and big “T” traumas in your life? Gabrielle will guide and support you as you learn to regulate your nervous system and move forward with your life, creating a sense of safety which allows you to let go of the past and be fully present in this moment in the here and now.

Who are you… now?

Perhaps you are a new parent, adapting to a life with new responsibilities and expectations. Perhaps, you recently finished school and are adjusting to post-grad life, with a new role to play in your family’s dynamics. We all experience transitions in life, times of change where our roles shift and we struggle with a new aspect of our identity. Gabrielle will work with you to both discover who you are now and uncover what is holding you back from embracing your best self.

For Fun…

Gabrielle loves to read, travel, and to watch her child discover the world. She enjoys adventures with her 14 year old dog, Buster. Prior to becoming a therapist, Gabrielle also taught yoga of different styles (including Kids Yoga) to individuals of all ages, from infants to older adults.
