Trauma, Anxiety, Panic, Women’s Issues, Parenting, Health Concerns
Cyndi is “trauma certified” by the Illinois Coalition Against Sexual Assault (ICASA). She brings clinical experience from the Zacharias Sexual Abuse Center.
Cyndi is uniquely equipped to hold a gentle and safe space for clients to heal from difficult or traumatic experiences, troublesome childhoods, anxiety or panic. She also helps women heal from triggers from past traumas, identifying needs, life transitions, women’s empowerment and meaning of life questions. Cyndi loves to empower women to find their voice.
In her personal life, Cyndi has three grown children. She has spent years understanding the impact of ADHD as well as the effects of chronic health concerns such as Lyme Disease. Cyndi understands the challenges parents face today and the importance of treating the whole person.
Her personal faith and spiritual journey also allow her to provide faith-based counseling to clients, upon request. (Note: faith-based counseling is available upon the client’s request. Inspire respects and serves all faiths and will not offer faith-based counseling unless requested.)
In her free time Cyndi enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, walking her dog and practicing yoga. She appreciates the opportunity to use her creative writing skills by occasionally writing blogs for Inspire.
