“When we hit our lowest point, we may be open to our greatest change.” Chris knows these lessons happen through experience.
He is a warm, genuine, lighthearted person to have by your side during trying times.
Well rounded part of the community
As a father, husband, coach and active member of the New Trier & North Shore community. Chris has over a decade of experience supporting families as a coach, mentor and mental health provider. He combines his education from the Family Institute at Northwestern University with his previous experiences to create a safe space for clients.
Prior to becoming a therapist, Chris was one of the top performers in the banking industry at Chase, which gives him additional perspective and compassion for the stressors families face. He knows what it takes to succeed, and he also knows the importance of finding meaning at work, life and having balance to enjoy life to the fullest.
Parents & Couples
In addition to counseling, Chris has a unique skill-set for helping parents. Prior to Inspire, Chris designed a parent-focused educational service at Chicago Public Schools that promoted student academic achievement. He would customize plans for families that helped them improve their lives as parents and as spouses.
