She is very excited to be joining Inspire Counseling Center!
Carli brings extensive experience in working with adults facing behavioral health and substance use issues at an intensive hospital PHP/IOP program. She has worked with adolescents to address and treat complex trauma and has coached adolescents on critical educational and social emotional learning skills during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Carli works with adolescents and adults with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Trauma, and a wide range of life circumstances/transitions. Carli uses CBT, ACT and other therapeutic modalities to unpack various topics to aid clients in raising awareness and curiosity regarding their mental health journeys. She also believes that humor can be an instrumental component to therapy, as well as being mindful during the therapeutic process.
Carli believes that it is important to provide understanding and empathy in the therapeutic setting. Dealing with mood disorders and life transitions can be challenging, and it is important to provide an environment where individuals are able to feel understood and have their feelings validated. With her warm, generous nature, Carli is always ready to listen to your concerns and provide valuable feedback and tools for coping with whatever you may be struggling with.
Carli enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and loved ones, cooking, watching her favorite TV shows and taking her dog Lulu on long walks.
