Ready to get started? We look forward to meeting you! Here’s what you can expect with the process:
- Email or call firstname.lastname@example.org or (847) 313-9490
- You will receive a brief call (5-10 minutes) to discuss why you’re seeking counseling and answer any of your questions
- You will be emailed the “Outpatient Service Contract,” with details about the counseling process, payments, insurance, confidentiality, etc.
- If you want to use Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, we’ll need your ID and birthday– we will confirm your coverage and take care of the rest.
- Schedule your first appointment, which lasts between 50-60 minutes
- All other sessions will be 45-50 minutes, scheduled based on your needs.
We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Choice. We are out of network for all other providers. If you have a different insurance provider, your counselor can provide you with documentation to submit to your insurer for reimbursement. Many of our clients chose to pay privately, which you always have the option to do as well.
Be sure to contact your respective insurance company to see what type of coverage they provide. Payment is required at time of service.
